You can hire me for an informational session on proper nutrition and hydration for your sports team. Whether you are coaching a team sport like soccer, baseball, basketball, etc… or coaching individual athletes for events like running, cross fit, or triathlons, I can design a talk for you and your team to provide invaluable information on proper nutrition and hydration to support training and competition. The session will be approximately 60-90 minutes, including a question and answer session. Additionally, you will receive electronic versions of handouts for individual athletes to use to determine their own caloric, carbohydrate, protein, and hydration needs dependent on their sport.
