All coaching plans include:
- Initial consultation – get to know your coach, discuss your training background and goals.
- Personalized training plan – a plan written just for you based on your goals, ability and schedule.
- Coaching calls (frequency dependent on package selected).
- Training plan adjustments – life happens and sometimes the plan needs to be adjusted. Did you get sick? Suffer an injury? Unplanned travel? Whatever might come up, I will work with you to adjust the plan.
- Additional communication via email or text to provide ongoing support.
- Race day plan – prior to your race(s) you will have an additional call to go over the race day plan.
- 15% discount on sports nutrition services.

Basic Coaching Package

Premier Coaching Package

Elite Platinum Coaching Package

(minimum 3 month commitment) $450/month (plus $100 on boarding fee)- 120 minutes of coaching calls.
- Additional communication via email, text or phone (response within 12-hours).
- Basic Training Peaks Account.
- Workout feedback every 2-3 days.
JUNIOR/COLLEGIATE COACHING
Do you have a high schooler who is interested in triathlon but not sure how to help them get started? That’s what I am here for! As a high school track and cross country coach, I am experienced in working with younger athletes. By hiring a coach you can ensure that your athlete is training properly for their age and skill level. Additionally, because young athletes are still growing and developing, all my junior/collegiate coaching packages include basic nutrition coaching to ensure energy needs are being met.
Junior Coaching Package - for those 14-18 years of age

$250 per month (minimum 3 month commitment)This is the ideal option for athletes still in high school, looking to explore the world of triathlon. Athletes do not need to have any sport experience to get started but do need to have access to a swimming pool, a bike and proper fitting helmet, a pair of running shoes, and a watch (ideally a digital watch for timing training sessions).
Plan includes:
- Initial Consultation
- Get to know your coach, discuss your training background and goals Personalized training plan
- A plan written just for you based on your goals, and ability and schedule 60 minutes of coaching calls (either one 60min call or two 30min calls each month). Additional communication via email and/or text (response within 48-hours). Basic Training Peaks account, workout feedback weekly, and training plan adjustments bi-weekly.
- Basic sports nutrition consultation including, but not limited to, calorie intake recommendations, nutrient timing around workouts, and proper fueling to aid in recovery.
Collegiate Coaching Package - for those 16-22 years of age

$350 per month (minimum 3 month commitment)This is the ideal option for the already well trained athlete curious about competing in triathlon at the collegiate level. Ideally, this athlete has been competing in swimming, cycling or running for at least 2 years. Athletes must have access to a pool, a bike and proper fitting helmet, a pair of running shoes, and a GPS watch for tracking workouts.

- Get to know your coach, discuss your training background and goals Personalized training plan.
- A plan written just for you based on your goals, ability and schedule 90 minutes of coaching calls (either one 60min call and one 30 min call, or three 30min calls each month). Additional communication via email and/or text (response within 24-hours). Basic Training Peaks Account with workout feedback weekly and training plan adjustments as needed.
- Comprehensive sports nutrition consultation including feedback and adjustments as needed.
